FINISHING

Use detergent, fabric softener and smoother underthe guidance of national standards GB18401-2010"B"; detergent must not contain APEO.

1.Soaking

soft water 30-40°C, pH5.0-7.0,soak for 50mins to60 mins,use 3% detergent to fabric weight.

2.Washing

soft water 30-40°C, pH5.0-7.0, the dosage of deter-gent is 3% to fabric weight, wash for 5min-8mins, the detergent dosage, soaking time, bathratio is determined by fabric density of the productand the customers' requirements. For striped garments with contrasting colors, it is recommended to wash under pH value of 5-5.5 to prevent the color staining.

3.Re-washing

once to twice(cold and soft water).

4.Softening

water temperature 30-35°C, pH 5.0-7.0, soaking for15mins-20mins, the softener and smoother dosage is 3%-5% to fabric weight.

5.Tumble dry: 70-80°C.
