FINISHING

Use detergent, fabric softener, smoother under the guidance of national standards GB18401-2010 "B" ; detergent must not contain APEO.

1.Gray fabric ironing

keep flat before washing, do not press and stack.

2.Washing

soft water 35-40°C, pH 5.0-7.0,the dosage of detergent is 3% to fabric weight, soak for 1min-2min, the detergent dosage, soaking time, bath ratio is determined by fabric density of the product and the customers' requirements. For striped garments with contrasting colors, it is recommended to wash under pH value of 5-5.5 to prevent the color transfer.

3.Re-washing: cold soft water, once to twice.

4.Softening

water temperature 30-35°C, pH 5.0-7.0, soaking for 15mins-20mins, the softener and smoother dosage is 2%-3% to fabric weight.

5.Wet fabric ironing

keep flat after dehydration.(moisture content is 30%-40%).

6.Tumble dry temperature is: 65-75°C.
